"Bio Hazard" character creation. Part of a story for a roller derby league featuring 5 different time periods competing against each other.

Bio Hazard is the captain of the Post Apocalyptic roller derby team. Everything about her is a mystery: her past, her motives, her face, her participation. The post apocalptic team is the only team who has never won, despite having some of the strongest players, almost as if they are throwing the bouts on purpose. Bio Hazard is quiet and tends to stick to the shadows, more than willing to let the other captains make decisions. Despite never showing her face, members from other teams say they seem to feel like they're always being watched when Bio Hazard is in the room.

In reality, the power crystal (the prize for winning each year), is what caused the downfall of society. Rather than stop it, Bio Hazard feels that since the post apocalpytic team had to experience the destruction of the world, so should everyone else. She is the daughter of Incapacitator (but they are unaware of Bio Hazard's identity)
